   Thanks for this information. This is getting scary in light of Obama’s recent amendment to EO 12425 (see http://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/executive-order-amending-executive-order-12425 and http://threatswatch.org/analysis/2009/12/wither-sovereignty/ ).
